Formulas and assumptions

Annual tool cost = the sum of the annual costs of the selected tools.
Number of consoles = the number of selected tools. Moftgate brings these functions into one console, so the target is 1.
Hours saved / year = admin hours per week × 52 × (%30 / 100)
TL value = hours saved / year × admin hourly cost.
The 30% default is not a measured result. It is a starting estimate. Change it to fit your environment.
The calculation excludes non-license costs (hardware, training, migration) and Moftgate pricing. So it does not show a total net saving.
