Microsoft Intune delivers device management as a Microsoft cloud service. There is no on-premises edition. Device inventory, user details and compliance records are stored in Microsoft cloud data centers. KVKK Article 9 requires an adequacy decision, an appropriate safeguard (for example a standard contract notified to the Authority within 5 business days of signing) or an exception before personal data leaves Türkiye.
