The Moftgate Partner Portal is a dedicated, secure operations center designed for cybersecurity resellers, system integrators, and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) at /partner/portal. It provides authorized partners with unified visibility across their entire customer portfolio, enabling proactive license management, live health monitoring, and frictionless scaling.

Dedicated, Isolated Partner Access

The Partner Portal operates with its own isolated session and authentication layer at /partner/login. Partners log in using their verified business email or unique 6-character partner code.

Account Field	Description
Partner Code	A unique, immutable 6-character identifier (e.g. MG8421) assigned to each authorized partner. Customers enter this code in their local console to bind their instance to the partner.
Company & Contact	The official partner business name and primary contact person for operational and engineering collaboration.
Partner Tier	The certification and partner level (Authorized, Silver, Gold, Platinum, MSSP) reflecting capabilities and support escalation priority.
Managed Fleet Capacity	The total volume of customer instances and active endpoint quota managed under the partner account.
Access Credentials	Dedicated secure login at /partner/login using either the registered business email or the 6-character partner code.

6-Digit Partner Code Binding#

Customer onboarding and partner affiliation requires zero network reconfiguration, static IP setup, or manual VPN tunnels. Follow these simple steps to link a customer instance:

Retrieve Your 6-Digit Partner Code
Log in to your Partner Portal (/partner/login) and copy your unique 6-character partner code displayed in the top header banner.

Share the Code with Your Customer
Provide your partner code to the customer during deployment, proof of concept, or commercial onboarding.

Customer Enters the Code in DLP Console
Inside the customer on-premises Moftgate console, the administrator navigates to Settings → License & System (or My Moftgate → MSSP & Partner Affiliation) and enters your 6-digit code.

Instant Portfolio Synchronization
The customer instance is immediately linked to your Partner Portal dashboard. Real-time telemetry, license tracking, and quota upgrade workflows become instantly available.

Permanent Partner Code Integrity

Each 6-digit partner code is permanently locked to prevent accidental misrouting or disruption of client management. Once assigned, your code remains constant across all customer deployments.

Frequently Asked Questions#

Can a partner see another partner's client instances?

No. The Moftgate architecture strictly isolates partner fleets. Each partner only has visibility into client instances explicitly bound to their unique 6-digit partner code or assigned by administrators.

Can the 6-digit partner code be modified once created?

No. To preserve cryptographic integrity and prevent misrouting of client telemetry, partner codes are strictly permanent and immutable.

What happens to a customer license if a partner assignment is removed?

The customer instance continues operating with full protection without interruption. The license simply transitions to a direct customer status, preserving all active modules, endpoints, and validity dates.

Does renewing a client's 200 EV license require separate approval?

No. Partners can immediately extend 200 Endpoint Visibility licenses for an additional full year with a single click in the portal.
